Finally, as previously stated, we despatch from the UK and are a small, family run business. As such we do not have the resources to have a staff member responding to emails 24/7. There is a time difference if you are contacting us from outside of the UK but we do check emails at least 3 times each day Monday-Friday and at least once over the weekend and on public holidays. The currency selector at the top of the page is provided as a courtesy so that overseas customers can view product prices in their preferred currency. Please remember that we are located in the UK and all orders are charged in Great British Pounds at the point of checkout.
Paypal will make the currency exchange seamlessly as part of the checkout process, which is a standard process for cross-border transactions and your money will be exchanged at rates set by them at the time of the transaction. Your credit/debit card bill will show the transaction in your home currency and not in Great British Pounds.

The delivery address must be located in the same country as your billing address, otherwise your items cannot be despatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address is absolutely correct, particularly if ordering from the USA and using the drop-down menu to select your State. If you do not input a separate delivery address, your order will be shipped to your billing address. In either case, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivered items where an address provided is incorrect.
