First Time Order of any products in our Clear Skin Care System range?
If you have never ordered from us before and are unsure about which size jar of Moor Mask® you should purchase then please refer to our FAQ's concerning this, particularly if you are considering purchasing the medium jar instead of a large jar to complete the 21 day skin normalisation program. First time orders are eligible for a full refund under our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE excluding extra large sizes and deluxe packs. Ability to view all the products in your home currency - simply choose your preferred currency from the dropdown menu next to the Union Jack Flag at the top right hand side of this page (which is where you will also find your shopping basket). There has been loads of requests for this feature so we are happy to be able to offer it to you. Please note, that although you will be able to see everything in your home currency, actual checkout will still be conducted in £GBPFacility to specify a shipping address which is different from your billing address
International Orders Welcome - 80% of our customer base is overseas with the majority of those being USA residents. We ship internationally on a daily basis and all overseas parcels are sent fully insured and fully trackable. The currency selector at the top of the page is provided as a courtesy so that overseas customers can view product prices in their home currency - BUT we are located in the UK and ALL orders are charged in £GBP at the point of checkout. Paypal and Google Checkout will make the currency exchange seamlessly as part of the checkout process which is a standard process for cross-border transaction and your money will be exchanged at rates set by them at the time of the transaction. However, your credit/debit card bill will show the transaction IN YOUR HOME CURRENCY and NOT £GBP.
NOTE: We would advise international customers that Google Checkout appears to have different rules on overseas cards than Paypal and if you are requesting delivery to an address other than your REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS and are using Google Checkout to pay it is possible that your payment may be declined. We would therefore advise international customers to select Paypal at checkout for their payments - you do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use this option.
Ability to create an OPTIONAL customer account or CHECKOUT WITHOUT REGISTERING - creating a customer account allows you to checkout far more quickly when re-ordering. As we use Paypal and Google Checkout to handle payments we NEVER have access to your card details even if you create an account. Personal details are not shared or sold in any way. If you prefer to checkout WITHOUT registering simply click on the 'CHECKOUT AS A GUEST' button when you reach the registration page - you do NOT have to create or enter a password unless you want to register an account!
Postage and packing (shipping) charges can be clearly seen on the checkout page before you complete checkout so you can see exactly how much these will be if you are outside of the UK. You can also specify delivery to a different address from your billing address but please ensure you choose the correct SHIPPING COUNTRY from the DELIVERY OPTIONS as failure to do so will result in us having to invoice you separately, which WILL delay despatch of your order. Postage within the UK via INSURED, 1st class recorded delivery is still FREE at the moment - but there is a charge to all other countries.
FULLY secure payment via PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT - this hasn't changed. Although payment is taken in £GBP Paypal or Google will charge your credit/debit card in your home currency
